In the interest of furthering a successful business relationship we would like to outline the roles and responsibilities to ensure that they are clearly understood and to enable us together, to achieve the best results.
Please confirm your acceptance of the Terms by signing and returning this document (irrespective of whether you have already accepted this offer orally or by conduct). Please note that authorised representatives of all parties named above must sign the copy of the Terms where indicated.
You will be taken to have accepted these Terms if you instruct us to perform any work, or you provide us with any information after you receive these Terms but before you sign and return the enclosed copy of them.
SCOPE OF WORK
As your accountant we will be responsible for the following:
Estimate of Fee
Our estimated fees for Services outlined in our Scope of Work is $271.82 (exclusive of GST).
Fees relating to this work will be billed when your Information is provided to our office.
Please be aware that the reliability, accuracy and completeness of the records and disclosure of all material and relevant information you provide us for this assignment remains your responsibility. We will not commence this assignment until all necessary information has been received. Furthermore we expect that you will notify us of any issues, discrepancies or grievances you may have as soon as they arise so that we have a chance to rectify them immediately.
We note that any party acting with authority or perceived authority from you (i.e. business partner, spouse, employee etc.) will be understood to have your authority to provide us with instructions unless you advise to the contrary, and it is acknowledged that all instructions received are made collectively by all parties.
Information relating to you (and your related entities) may be shared by us with agents of Cutcher & Neale. We shall also have the right to appoint agents to assist us in delivering our services. These agents may be based in a Cutcher & Neale office either locally or in Manila, the Philippines. These agents will access and undertake your work via direct restricted access to our servers. Agents mean persons whom we authorise to act on our behalf and for whose conduct we accept responsibility, in connection with the services being provided to you.
We offer an expert, timely, and courteous service by our staff and we therefore expect our clients to do the same. This includes providing us any relevant requested information in a timely manner and by addressing our staff in a polite, courteous and professional manner at all times.
